Motivation!

I just started using this app about a week ago and could really use some motivation. What motivates you?

I try my best to support the friends I do have, and I always like making new friends who support me or who need some support. I am a 20 year old female who wants to lose about 60 pounds. I've also been writing blog posts on here too. Feel free to add me! :)

    At first my motivation was learning about all the health problems my obesity was causing. After realizing how close to diabetes and heart problems I was, I decided to do something about it!
    Now, I am motivated by my progress. I have lost 50 lbs and can actually run and workout.

    Hi there,
    What helps me stay motivated are my children. I am a single mother, and I am very close to my daughters. They encourage me to stay healthy. When I feel like I'm in a funk, I just try to focus on the here and now. I take it one day at a time. So, instead of feeling like I have a long ways to go. I stay focused on what can I do right now. I hope you stick to this program. Good luck.
