(New) Workout Idea!

So in an effort to not get "bored" and the gym and have some randomization in workouts, came up with a card game. It's pretty easy and you'll get a good workout!
Each suit = one type of exercise.
And each of the cards have a value/number you have to do for each....
Aces=20 , Kings=16, Queens=14, Jacks=12 and 2-10 are face-value.
All you do is shuffle up the deck and draw 2 cards at a time and do what's on them!
Example: Say your goal is to work on Abdominals...
Spades= Crunches
Clubs= Situps (w/a medicine ball)
Diamonds= Russian Twist
Hearts= Supermans
(Or substitute any of your favorite Ab workouts)
If you draw a "Queen of Hearts" and a "7 of Clubs" you would have to do 14 Supermans and 7 Situps (respectively) for that round...... This 2-card draw continues until the deck is done! Making approximately 116 reps per exercise but it's randomized so you won't get bored...
You can do the card game to work any part of the body (ex: 2 suits for Abs and 2 suits for legs).... And it can be done at a gym (using machines or equipment) or just at home
For example... Today I did 2 card games at the gym and it took me 1hr 45min to complete both games with a short break between each game..
First Round I did....
~Crunches
~Hip Abductors & Hip Adductors ((Did the same # on the card for both exercises))
~"3-Phase" (Involves bicep curls, tricep extension & pec flies)
~Chest Press
Second Round I did...
~Crunches
~Leg Extension & Leg Curls ((Did the same # on the card for both exercises))
~Pushups
~Seated Row
It's a lot of fun and thought I'd share! ^_^
