haha NSV for me!! YAY!!

Today, I drove a passenger van to pick up residents of a group home to deliver to our church. When we got back to the church after off-loading, my young daughter (age 14, 5'4" and all of 117 lbs), climbed into the driver's seat on the way to exit the van and made this comment, "Mom, did you move the steering wheel after you got out, because if you didn't, I have NO IDEA how you fit your legs between the seat and the steering wheel! I could barely get through here!"

Of course, I turned and looked and sure enough, it looked like the wheel was nearly touching her legs...now I have a LONG way to go, as I weigh 228.5 lbs. She DID have to climb under the wheel from a standing position, which I believe is why it was a tight fit for her, BUT the space between the wheel and the seat was much smaller than I would have imagined my thighs to fit into and I know 8 months ago, I would not have been able to sit with that steering wheel in that position! So...an NSV for me today! YAY!!
