I'm a bit worried that as I lose weight I'll have excess skin. Did you find that to be an issue and what can I do to mitigate the effect?
Strength train
Drink plenty of water
take a multi-vitamin
eat a high protein diet
try not to lose weight too quickly, or excessive muscle loss could be an issue.0 -
