Friends anyone? (PCOS, TTC, lots of pounds to go)

Hi..

I just thought I would peep my head in and see if there is anyone kind of in the same boat as me. I am a 33 year old female with PCOS and trying to get pregnant. I am doing a low to moderate low carb sort of plan...lately my appetite has been blah but still hanging in there. I am not looking for diet advice or criticism etc, nor will I to you unless you directly ask my opinion. Just looking to add some people who can help me stay accountable...if I log a giant bowl of ice cream, we don't fret we just start over immediately with the next meal because none of us are perfect so no sense in beating ourselves up. So yeah...if you can relate to any of this, please feel free to add me:-)

Not in your situation but I have been maintaining my weight for 10 years by restricting my carbs. Currently I am working on losing some weight to bet back to a "healthy" BMI. I love good carbs and avoid sugar and starches as much as I can. I eat ice cream but only in very small portions. Anything in moderation. No more bowls of that stuff. But I enjoy it so I get a small taste. You can be very successful with this type of diet.
