I am not creative enough to find new things to eat ... I am bored!!!
Need help with quick dishes that are healthy!!!
If I eat one more piece of chicken ... AHHH!!!!!

    To keep things from getting dull, I take a stroll through the meat department and see what specials they have. I got a pork roast to do in crock pot bbq style. I made pork tenderloin they other day for the first time(came out awesome!). Tomorrow is a crock pot beef stew with biscuits. We haven't had chicken in a few weeks!

    I find the bulk of my "try something new" meals in skinnytaste.com. Everything I've tried has turned out great, but just remember to chose ingredients that correlate to your calorie count.

    Have you tried allrecipes.com? They have tons of stuff. Jillian Michaels also has a list of healthy foods on her website.

    I don't know how special it is but I've been living off beans and rice. It comes together in about 20 minutes, which doesn't hurt at all Lol. The recipe and nutritional info is on my profile and it's open to everyone. :)
