Raspberry "Cheesecake" Cups

For each:

1/2 cup of 1% lowfat cottage cheese
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 packet splenda (or "free" sweetener of choice)
1/2 cup fresh raspberries

This is so simple, but completely kills a sweet tooth for me!
Mix cottage cheese, vanilla and splenda. Put into a parfait glass or dessert bowl, top with raspberries.
I like to slightly crush the raspberries and add another 1/2 pack of splenda to the berries.

This mimics cheesecake and is much higher in protein than a cheesecake pudding snack!

Numbers: 125 cals, 12 grams carbs, 2 grams fat, 15 grams protein
