I used to weigh around a 100kg and I was getting really obsessed and depressed about my weight. using calorie count I lost 50kg but recently gianed 9 kg again. i can't seem to get my motivation back and I can't seem to stop eating. Usually I eat those foods which I wouldn't eat when I was dieting. Any tips please? I would like to go back to my weight before I gained the 9Kg. Pleasae help me!!!

For me, I have to pick what my problem foods are. I can't do a "no sweets" rule, as I have a sweet tooth. But cakes, cookies, donuts...anything fried and sweet works for me. So this week, in tweaking my diet and motivation I decided to cut out all wheat products, but not starches or sweets (I had to be on this type of diet while breastfeeding my daughter 9 years ago and lost all my baby weight plus another 14 lb). I saw the benefit last night when I went to dinner with my husband. I didn't eat the bread at the table which meant no olive oil either (doesn't taste good by the spoonful), and for dessert we split some gelato instead of this huge cake that the table beside us had. I find that I'm still getting my sweet tooth satisfied, but when I came home, I was actually under my calories (which I wouldn't have been had I eaten the bread with oil or the cake). Just my 2 cents.0
