workouts per body part?

I have 2 trouble spots I can't see any results with. My stomach and my thighs. My butt and breast shrink when I don't want them too but everything else stays the same. Suggestions please???

    Meanwhile you could do some sit-ups to strengthen your abs so when you lose more weight you will have muscles under the fat.

    You can't really spot reduce the fat. It comes off from different parts of your body. My suggestion is, lift weights, do cardio, check your diet, be consistent and don't give up. ;)
