I have found the easiest exercise to do is walk. Sidesteps walking in place moving Moving forward and backwards, grape vines double side step. If you do this consistently for a 15 minutes you walk a mile. If you judge in place every 2 to 3 minutes for 30 seconds that adds up to a mile in 12 minutes. So far since I started doing these exercises I've lost 7 and a half pounds
Add knee lifts stationary or moving this will get your heart beat up. . So far I haven't gotten bored with this. The plus side is the more you exercise the more calories you burn the more you can eat. Just a couple ideas to get you moving.

You definitely need to look into buying Leslie Sansone's dvds. She does all the same movements you are talking about.0
