I am 19 pounds to my "current" goal of 150. right now i eat 1200 calories plus eat back most of my excercise calories. i am getting curious as to when i need to start upping my calorie intake. i am of the notion that meeting me goal at 1200 then bumping up to say 1800, the next day probably isn't good for my metabolism. i am thinking at 10 pounds to go i bump up to 1500 calories, and take the last 10 pounds slowly. i am doing quite well and eat pretty clean at 1200 calories, i am concerned about making my calorie goal at maintainence without filling it with junk food.
