Hi!
Is anyone doing this program and having success?
I started reading the book this week and it sounds like a great program.
I currently run and swim with some yoga and dvds (jillian, chalean) thrown in but havn't been doing any lifting.
I'm really looking forward to the program, but a bit intimidated/overwhelmed about starting.
I'd love to hear other people's experiences and advice!
