Last weekend I ran my Half-Marathon that 'd been training for for about 2 1/2 months. I was pleased with the fact that I ran the whole thing in 2:24:34. Since I was focusing on the running, for a couple weeks I stopped paying a lot of attention to myfitnesspal. I was running between 4 and 10 miles at a time - 3 times a week. I figured that the running would take care my dieting issues. Man, was I wrong! I gained 4 lbs.!!! Now, I'm paying attention to both!!
