Dont wanna lose my butt!

I want to lose weight but I have a big butt and hips that Id like to keep. I would like to tone my butt though! What are some excercises or dvds that either maintain/tone only or make bigger (incase i start losing it lol)

    Unfortunately you don't get to decide where your body loses the fat from. The first place I lost weight was from my legs and butt. :-( But you definitely can work it out and shape it up. Heavy squats, deadlifts and lunges are good for that.

    Live, sleep, eat, breathe squats and lunges.. Side squads, wall squats (90, 75, 25 degrees) pulse squats, side lunges, forward, backwards, scissor, diagonal, and you will be fine.. Do them every other day or so.. If you can do walking lunges..

    I understand 100%; I would love to keep my butt and chest (firming both just a bit) ;-) Squats will do wonders for you.
