My First 5K

Yesterday on Thanksgiving morning I ran my first 5K. In practice i had always done betwen 34-35 minutes, but yesterday somehow i finished in 30:51! Yay!!

    Congratulations!! I am currently running 2.5 miles every other day, but I am hoping to be able to run a 5k by the spring. :drinker:

    That's is awesome. I am running my first one on the 5th of December. I hope I can imrove on my practice time like you did. Yay, have you already scheduled your next one????
