Thanks you! I'm a social drinker and when I go out, it's hard to know how high or low the calories are in something alcoholic. Then when I get home and log in what I've consumed, sometimes I'm in shock. :noway:

if you like to get drunk, it's almost better to drink less of a higher percentage liquor than more of a low calorie, low alchohol percentage drink. especially if you like to use a mixer other than soda water.
youll have to drink twice as much of the low calorie stuff. however, if you are on a reduced calorie diet like I am, you probably wont need more than one or two drinks to get tipsy.
i am a social drinker only, i drink specifically to get tipsy and provide a little social lubricant so one strong drink every hour or two is good for me on a night out!0 -
Great find! Thanks for sharing.0

Exactly my goal pretty much every Saturday and Sunday. Don't judge...hehe!0 -
Liquor (vodka or gin are best) + club soda + twist of lime + lots of ice = low calorie, refreshing, and super tasty!0

What about those of us who use alcohol for pain management since no prescription works as effectively or with as few side effects? :-P0 -
You know, I generally like to keep track of calories in the drinks I have, but there are those few nights when you just have to let it go, or your calorie count will be one more thing you regret in the morning haha0

I agree! That's why I like wine or martinis. It only takes a lil bit to have a huge impact:)0
