I put a splash of the Sugar Free Syrup like you use in coffee in mine. 0 calories and a little goes a long way.

I like the crystal light on the go packets. They are 5 calories for half the packet and you usually need the whole packet, but still 10 calories isn't bad, and I can't stand drinking plain water either.

I sometimes add a slice of fresh lemon and/or lime. You can always add ice cubes that were made from juice to add a little flavour and only a few calories.

Half of the water that I drink is Crystal Light. They have all different flavors, 5 calories a cup. Even if 4 cups a day are crystal light, thats 20 calorie!

I sometimes drink tea in between with no calorie sweeteners. Tea has no calories.

I used to hate water too, and would get physically ill from drinking healthy amounts, but over the years it has become my favorite thing to drink. I used to add lemon to a pitcher in the fridge, and only poured myself small amounts, because it tasted better ice cold to me. Now I don't add anything, and I could care less about the temperature, but it took awhile to get here. Just stay consistent, it will grow on you, I promise ;) Oh, and it may have been several months before I stopped adding lemon almost all the time, and a year before it didn't have to be cold anymore, so it does take time, but there's really no better drink to keep hydrated and flush your body of toxins than plain water! :D
