Need a Strength Training Plan for my legs and Abs!

Hello, I am in need of a strength training schedule/plan for my legs and my abs. I have been looking online, and I am not finding anything. So if ANYONE has any tips of how you do those during the week, or if you know where I can find one that I could print off that would help me out ALOT!!! I'm kind of looking for the schedule/plan to tell me, what to do, and how many reps to do in each category. Thanks.

Just wanted to let you know that there are many workouts online that you can follow on www.livestrong.com. Also I bought a book at Barnes and Nobles called the 30 Day workout that allows you to work every part of your body and shows you the amount of reps on a typical workout. Also includes meal examples and description of workout as well as a reference to the method of stretching the muscles that the workout consists of.
