Still struggling to loose weight

I'm looking for some advice. I am trying to loose weight on a low carb diet. I started off quite well at lost 4lb but I appear to have put 2lb back on. I did have a slip up at the beginning of the week and had some dark 85% chocolate and went over my calorie allowance but I have not recorded that day in my diary. Can anyone give me some advice and suggestions of where I may be going wrong apart from the obvious dark chocolate slip up.

    Honestly, I eat small amount of extra dark chocolate every day. It's my daily "sweet" so I don't feel like I'm being deprived. It's a NECESSITY for me, but it's also exactly a serving size.

    However, I can't see your diary, so I can't comment on exercise, but I'm a big big believer in daily or near to daily exercise. Even if it's not some huge 800 calorie burn, it still helps. Also, I would recommend switching up your calorie intake. Let's say you're trying to hit 1500 cals a day, one day do 1700, the next 1200 and then 1500. Lastly, it is completely normal to have a fluctuation within a week. This is why I only really weigh once a week and spot check only if I am nervous.
