Its time for me to get back on track I have played rugby for years and cycled but had a few problems over recent years and the weight has crept on. I am 267lb and going to get down to 231lb thats my target I am 6ft 3'' and 52 years old.

The plan is to cut the drink and snacks and do alot more exercise. If you would like to add me please feel free and hopefully we can support eachother during the coming months.

    many thanks I am not a great person for diets love my food and the odd tipple but relise need to lose some weight

    My name is Twannia. I'm an athletic person but since the birth of my child, 17yrs ago, I became complacent and hence the weight has crept on. I am now at 212 and I really need to get this weight off. I need a support system, as sometimes I get discouraged and stop exercisin. I need help staying motivated. My goal weight is 140. I'm 5'4 and 42 yrs old. I have exactly 8 months to get the weight off. I need your support to help me get there. I'd like to be added so that we can support each other.
