My job is actually doin remodels where we go into a store and completely reset the product and build the shelving and put up signs etc..it's got some strenuous wrk and ur on your feet all night. I can't figure out how to calculate calories burned from this. If I calculate it as walking or as waitressing for instance I can't seem to stay under my calorie limit for the day. I end up feeling ravonous lol. Our nights are typically 10 hours and then I spend my day being lazy and trying to sleep. Any suggestions?

I also work a third shift job where I stand all night, pack and stack boxes. It is extremely active work. I just really started actively using MFP last week. I really felt very off this past week. The only thing I can figure is it is because I was burning SO much at night and not compensating for it in my diet. I started adding 30 minutes of cardio for every 4 hours worked. I am going to play with that ad see how I feel. I am sure I lose more calories than that at work, but it is a start. The end of the week was a little better than the beginning. Something to think about...0
