Week 1 result

Well, I got to the end of my first week on MFP and I lost 4.5 lbs! I'm so pleased :-) A little bit of a shame that my tracker won't show half lbs, but there we go... I also just did Wk 1 Day 1 of C25k and it was hard, but I've done it before (did a 5k in 40 mins last summer) so I'll stick at it.

    i just signed up for my first 5k :) for December!!!

    It will be hard to start with, but it will get easier. Like I said, I started from nothing early last year and did the 5k (in extreme heat!) in a decent time - and I nearly enjoyed it, too... ;-) Best of luck.
