I'm not sure why it doesn't change, but Sat Fat should comprise no more than 10% of your total calories.

Saturated fat isn't one of those things that should be in proportion to your caloric intake. There is a dead line max on what you should eat, similar to sodium. Therefor it will not adjust up as you gain more exercise calories.

Does that make sense the way I said it?

It is actually adjusted according to your intake. Saturated fat has important functions in the body.

You are right, I apologize. I was thinking trans fats.

Saturated fats are like 7 or 8% or something like that of your total caloric intake, or so they recommend.

Yea, trans fats should be avoided, although they are found in very tiny amounts naturally in some foods. Sat fats are a maximum of 10% of your total intake, so less is ok, but they shouldn't be eliminated.

So we are saying that saturated fat should adjust upward with more exercise. If it is a flat percentage, it seems like it should be a pretty easy fix to incorporate on this website.

I guess the simple answer is yes. It should.
