Insanity starts today

Hello every1 my name is Erik im 27 yrs old and looking to get back into shape. I was in the US NAVY from 2004-2010 and loved every minute of it. im currently a RN student at George Mason University in northern VA. although i live in VA im actually from Los Angeles CA. Since ive left the Navy i became a full time student and became less active then i use to be going from 135 to 185 is something i seriously want to change. im looking for friends who wil be highly motivated and hard working because i know i am. im starting the insanity workout today so if anyone who is doing it as well and wants a friend to communicate with Im ur guy or anyone else who is looking to find support im here too cuz i can definitely use some support too. good luck every1 and lets make it happen.

    Hey I started insanity today...my name is Lisa I am 32, I have had insanity for a while and I have been doing P90X and insanity for the last month just not regularly :tongue: I plan and doing the full 60 days this time and could use support to keep me going! My motivation is very low right now ..I am so close to my goal weight would like to get there before the end of this year!!

    I am on my last week. I have done it every week 6/7 days. Good luck! It is hard, but you will see results :)
