Hello

Hi there....I have had the MyFitnessPal app on my phone for a while and have just recently decided to make it a priority to use it EVERY single day.

I have a couple of virtual friends, but having the accountability and getting motivated by others' goals and burns helps me. I would love to connect to some more people.

My goal is 135...I'm at 165 right now.

    I have only been here for 1 week, but my weight and goal is very close to what you are aiming for. First week I lost 3 pounds, I;m going for it to make ME happier. Good luck.

    I also had the app on my phone for ages and did not use it regularly....I have also resolved to use it every day and after 16 days I am 10lbs down!!!!!!

    By all means add me - I have an open diary and I am on here everyday !

    This site is awesome i lost alot of weight with it, but you need self control & working out. good luck
