new week, time to get back on track.

Fell off the wagon this weekend, was up this morning; so back to the basics for me... Got to stay on track because I really do not want to gain all the weight back...

    I had a bad weekend too ;( I couldn't even log all the food/drinks I consumed or weigh myself this morning. I'll be hopping back on the wagon with you today! We can do this! ;)

    I'm with you! Weekends are really tough for me. I don't usually log on. Don't have a smart phone to make logging more convenient for me. Plus, weekends never have a schedule...we just go with the flow!!

    It is so hard to keep the weight off now. I used to gain a few pounds then loose them, but this year it has been so hard to loose that weight. So now I am right back on tracj and have decided to drop a few punds and then have my lower weight to maintain. Guess I ws starting to feel frumpy again. We are far too young for that haha...
