Amazing.... I have been on MFP for a while and ONCE again I find myself up and down, and have not really lost anything since I started.... I was at 191, went back to 199, back down again... I hate this... I plug in my weight number and it states you gained.

I am a terrible stress eater...

or

perhaps I am just one of those people who think I don't deserve to be at a healty weight, and before I know it I am eating and gainning.

WHY do we do this to ourself?

Enough of this crazy train... TIME to make some kinda changes to see that I go down, not yo-yo.... Suggestion on how to do this.

I already keep a food log, and have started exercising.
