Staying motivated on the weekends?

Yikes! As soon as Friday evening came I lost ALL motivation to log my food or exercise (although I did exercise on Saturday) It is easy to stay on track during the work week because I am very scheduled then. But any advice during the weekend?! I don't want all my hard work during the week going down the tubes every time the weekend comes along.
