Any 5ft 8 ladies aiming for 140 lbs??

Hiya,

Just looking for ladies with similar stats/goals really to help reach my ultimate goal of 10 stone. I'm roughly at at 11 stone now and hoping to get to 10 stone in mini goals. 1st goal is 10 st 10 lbs which I hope to reach by the 1st October.

Anyone out there who is same height and around 11st wanna work with me to get down to 10st? If so please add me. Oh, and i'm based in the UK

Hello, I am about 5 7 but would love to help support you cause I wanna go down to 140lbs as well! I am in Canada and when I saw your USer id, I totally related. I had lost 70 pounds about 9 years and ago and from there it just went up. I think it's when I got married. I stopped exercising. I keep going back and forth and really need motivation!

Thanks for the add ladies yes i've been up and down up and down. It's very annoying but i seem to be losing the weight in a more controlled fashion lately so i hope i can keep it going!
