How to loose the jelly roll!

Hi everyone!

So I'm looking for some exercises / techniques to loose my belly roll! I'm seing results everywhere else, but my belly still seems to be there! It doesn't seem to be shrinking like my butt and thighs are! HELP!

Ps. I am a mom of a 2 1/2 year old so I know some if it is baby fat that just won't go away! Is it possible to tighten that up??

    You cant spot reduce fat. It comes off evenly overtime. So the areas with the most fat will take longer to lean up. Its the last place its going to come off. But if you're losing weight and seeing fat loss on other parts of your body, just stick with it. Your gut will trim up eventually.

    Im a mom of a 14 month old and its seems like the belly area is the last to lose the fat. One of my favorite thing to do is leg raise, especially hanging leg raise. But i would continue with what your doing, eventually the belly will get there. Good luck
