Not sure where I need to be

I have slight fitness-ADD, I find I get bored easily and jump from program to program.
I finished my first Crossfit WOD this past Friday...
my current program has been:
Mon, Wed, Friday Training days ( 5x5 / NROLFW hybrid )
Tues, Thurs Run 2.5 miles
Saturday Run 4-5 miles
I've signed up for after work co-ed soccer games Tues & Thurs beginning 10 Sept
So now I'm dilemma is I really want to give crossfit a chance bec it was intense and so challenging, but also haven't mastered my current strength training program. My goal is to lose BF I'm currently at 27% and want to see results soon.
SW: 174
CW:156
GW: 17% BF
I need to nail a schedule down and stick with it through until at least Thanksgiving.
Anyone here do a crossfit/strength train hybrid program that also incorporates running? I guess what I'm asking is can someone create a sample week schedule for me?

Haha you and I are opposites! I like to have a routine and stick to the routine. For what it's worth, my trainer is always telling me how good it is to change things around and confuse your muscles! So keep at it!0

When do you rest and allow your body to recover?
Heres a better schedule:
Sunday rest
Monday NROLFW hybrid for 1 hour
Tuesday walk for 20mins
Weds NROLFW
Thurs walk
Friday NROLFW
Sat rest
The walking is an active form of recovery.
Steady state cardio on the other hand is counterproductive to NROLFW.0
