Hello all,

First time posting here as I just decided to start a new workout program. Here is alittle background about me.

I'm a 27 yo mother of 2, full time military, and have been injured for 3 years now. I'm to the point I can only walk with the aid of a can, which makes cardio a problem for me. I'm looking to ways to help burn some of the extra weight I've put on over the last few years. It isn't much but I know every little bit can help. I want to find workouts that I can do that won't cause problems with my foot. I can't put alot of weight on it, and my toes barely bend, so planks are "fun". I also can't get to a pool. All of our pools close this week and I won't be able to drive to a year round pool during the week.

Any advice would be great.

Christine
