I've been doing the paleo diet for a month along with going to the gym everyday. I have been eating my target calorie intake that mfp set for me but I have been sitting at the same weight for the past 3 weeks. I have noticed more muscle definition, but as far as fat is concerned I haven't noticed a difference with the pictures or messurments I have been taking. HELP ME!!! haha
