ok ive got a second degree burn on the palm of my hand and was wondering should i up my calories from 1540 a day to help it heal quicker? already upping my protein with in that number

i think you wold be good with some neosporin and keeping it covered/dry... 2nd degree burns suck, I am the sun posioning queen so I know ALL ABOUT THOSE!!! needless to say have not had a sunburn in over 5 years :-) thank you spf 110!!!0

try some Aloe vera0

Either vitamin E oil or anti-biotic oil. Keep covered for a few hours, the let is breathe.0

i burned it on a grill its in a soft cast because of the size and placement they had to make sure they werent misdiagnosing third degree burns and to remove the dead skin etc so yeah im really just asking about about upping protein intake to help it heal faster0
