Saying hello.

Hi everyone,

I am just getting back into setting some goals and getting more fit. I'm hoping to add a few friends to make the journey a little more social. I'm in ok shape yet trying to shed some pounds and increase my overall stamina and fitness level. I've started P90x, I'm through the first week, and I love to mountain bike. The area I struggle with is caloric intake. Join me on this journey if you're so inclined.
