I began on Thursday (posted a longer blog called Years of tomorrows which can give more details) and surprisingly I am already feeling better. I set a short term goal of losing 15 pounds by November 23... the day I leave for Disney! I have begun running and watching calories majorly! (Never knew bagels had so many calories!) Would love to get a support group through MFP!!
