Why I know I'm not going back...

I was just thinking about this. I will NEVER gain back all the weight I have lost because...
1. I love the amount of energy I have now. I have a hard time sitting still unless I'm really sick. I even started working out too soon after my last c-section because I was so ready to get back to it. I love just dancing around with my kids, doing random kicks and punches, and actually wanting to exercise.
2. I love the above feeling more than I love fatty foods. I very rarely crave fatty foods anymore. Maybe 2-3x/month do I actually want something like a big burger or pizza.
3. When I do have cravings, it's almost always for fruit or salads.
4. I know that the reason we eat is to nourish our bodies. I know that eating healthy foods with tons of fruits, veggies, and whole grains is what makes my body feel the best.
5. I will not let my kids down by getting fat and unhealthy again. I want to be here to see my great grandkids, and I can't do that if I have a heart attack.
So, does anyone else want to share?

Obesity and Depression went hand in hand for me. Because of the weight I lost and the exercise I was able to get off all my medication and be happy without it. I have been off depression medication for a year and a half now.0

You know you've changed and wont go back when you feel good about making the healthy alternative because you feel better about what you are putting into your body, and the positive aspects it will have in the future0
