C25K graduates moving on to B210K

I'm almost done withe the C25K program and will be starting the B210K program soon. If anyone is interested in doing this program with me, there is a group (I can add the link if you like) or add me as a friend. Happy running! :)

I will be done Thursday with C25K. I really want to start the B210K but really don't want to stop start if I am already running 30 minutes straight.

I was wondering how the stop/starting was going to feel after running continuous in the final weeks of C25K. I did not notice too big of an impact on the total run session (W1D1 for me this morning). Those 1 minutes between running intervals seemed to just fly by really quick...LOL.

I did W1D1 of C210K last night and am excited to do my next workout tonight. I did it on my treadmill, and it went very well. Feel free to add me!

Maybe since the beginning of the program does have some stop&start intervals, I'll work on increasing speed. Try to run 10 minutes faster than I normally would. I don't know if that makes sense. I wish I knew a little bit more on how our bodies respond to running. I want to increase my endurance which I'm sure the B210K will do but I don't know how to increase my speed so I'll focus on running the intervals faster than normal. I think I'm blabbing now :) hope I make sense!
