I am now officially overweight. I have been at this for 7 months now. I have a new goal now that I have lost enough to set a goal. I would like to be 1/2 the man I was, therefore i need to loose another 36 lbs and then comes the hard part of retraining my eating to maintain my accomplishment. I also wonder how my diabetis will respond when i start adding a few carbs back into my diet.
