Sounds yummy. Even pre-diet days, I have always replaced the oil in my banana bread recipe - which comes from the Better Homes and Garden classic recipe book - with applesauce. Can't tell the difference at all. YUM!0

Can I leave out the 1 tbsp of veggie oil?0 -
How can I recalculate the nutrition facts?
I used egg substitute instead of using regular eggs & I used Splenda instead of using regular sugar.0 -
Never mind....
Found a website(http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-calculator.asp) that figured it out for me.
Instead of 1 serving being 180 calories & 31.3g carbs, it has 140.5 calories & 23.5 carbs.0 -
