Struggling

Hi my name is Carol, I've got just 10lbs to go after losing 25lbs. I find myself struggling to stay on program due to life's stressful journeys, and just having a week off from work. The tracking the food and sometime the monotony of it all... Any suggestions??

    Guess what your old routine is just as boring except it makes you fat...

    You have to change your mindset, you need to tell the old Carol, that the new carol has moved in and she is here to stay.. Cause see the New Carol, is a beast... She is a jogging 3 mile, carrot eating, bathing suit wearing machine, and she is gonna kick the Old carols chip eating, couch sitting, flabby behind !!!


    Change your program up, if this was easy America wouldn't have a obesity problem... Don't be another statistic Carol, Be the new Carol..

    You are so close to greatness, that in it's self is exciting.. You have come so far, dont throw it all away....

    Whats more important to you ... You really need to think about that.
