Strength Training

Exercise is divided into Cardio and Strength Training. When I have put in a cardio exercise, including those as mundane as mowing lawn and playing golf (with a cart), I get a calorie allowance for the exercise. However when I put in my strength exercises, no calorie "reward". Is this the way it is supposed to be?

Search for Strength Training under the cardio section and put in the number of minutes you did. The calorie burn is obviously less than most cardio but you still get some out of it. Then use the Strength section to record your specific exercises and reps, etc.0
