Is there a good calculator for figuring my macros?

I mean someone might recommend something for me? I'm not sure what to set those at. I've been eating my TDEE minus 20% and before that, I was steady eating MFP calcs plus most of my exercise cals. I haven't lost not one inch. I am weight-training now and feel the muscles working, etc. but all the work and no real noticeable changes on the outside.

Help, discouraged, really discouraged for the first time in like 70 days. denise

actual macro split comes down to personal preference, but the basic standard cutting macros are

1grams or protein per lb of bodyweight (assuming you are relatively lean, if you are 30%+ bodyfat then you might want to use lean body mass)
0.4 grams of fat per lb of bodyweight
fill the rest up with carbs

What is your weight training routine?

According to Covert Baily Calculator, my body fat is 27%. On the military calculator it came up 37 or something. I suppose I need calipers to find out for sure.

I just started so only about 5 days on calisthenics or bodyweight exercises.

10 - as many as I can, pushups
    crunches, up to 30
    lunges - 20 (10 per leg)
    squats - 20

I have no weights and been following "You Are Your Own Gym" although I haven't started the actual program yet.
I can see I don't have much in bodyweight training.
