What do you use after your workout? Thoughts on what I use.

I started using GNC Pro Performance® AMP Amplified Wheybolic Extreme 60™ - Chocolate after my workouts and would love to get everyone's input on it. I only use 2 scoops after a hardcore workout session and 1 scoop after a lighter workout.I am using it to help recover. I workout 5-6 days a week.

Monday: Circuit Training
Tuesday: Pilates/Cardio (run)
Wednesday: Zumba
Thursday: Circuit Training
Friday: Run
Saturday Circuit Training
Sunday: Rest

What are your thoughts? Should I use it or not? If not, what else should I try?

    Absolutely you must use it...it's fine on the way you do 2 scoops on heavier days, 1 the lighter, anyway if you really work hard even on other days for example if you when running want to better endurance youy might want to use it before and after workout, so like in case you add strenght-training routine...

    Usually just some almond milk. Or a beer if I have it.

    I usually eat lunch a few hours later. Maybe a snack before that.

    I like to eat real food after my workouts. A turkey or ham sandwich with a large glass of skim milk and a piece of fruit. If it's a morning workout then eggs with extra whites, toast and fruit. As far as I'm concerned all these supplement products are gimmicks designed to separate your money from your wallet
