Hello fellow MFPers!
I started my weight loss journey about 3 weeks ago, and I've been successful so far - 8.5 pounds lost already! I am 5' 6" and started at 246.5 pounds. My goal weight is 140.
I'm looking for some more active MFPers to help support me. I love seeing people's progress on my app, and would love to offer my support to you as well.
