Hi my name is Tim and I was wondering if anyone has advice on what foods make you full for long persiods of time and are healthy. Since ive been cutting my calories to 1400/day i feel like i'm always hungry and want to overcome it. Please let me know from your experiences what are the best foods to have around that can help this and keep me full.

Protein (especially from meat sources) definitely works in keeping a person full for a while. Foods high in fiber will do the same, but not as well as protein I find, personally.0

1400 seems low for a man, AND, you are not eating your exercise calories. So you're netting about 1000.
Eat more unless you're 4 feet tall!0 -
1400 is what the app is telling me to lose according to the 2/lb a week I put in to shed and being 5 foot 8. Most weeks I am netting about 1300-1500 calories a day while doing the bike every morning. Some days I actually find it difficult to hit this goal as i'm burning about 400 calories per day and doing weights 3 times a week along with that. I'm losing alot faster than I thought i would but maybe i'll up my calories more just to be safe and not lose muscle.0

How much do you have to lose? 2 lbs a week IMO may be too aggressive, unless you have a lot to lose (as in 100 lbs).0

30-35 lbs, ive been doing pretty good with filling in my calories the last 2 days and netting 1500. I just eat alot more now but still healthy foods so hopefully that will help.0

You're always hungry because you're going too low with your calorie intake.. you're a 5'8 male, you should be eating more..
and for the filling foods, lean protein, slow digesting carbs (sweet potatoes, yams, brown rice, tons of veggies, or anything high on fiber) would be the best choice then throw in some healthy fats too.. take it from raw almonds or natural peanut butter something like that.0
