Coconut water - it adds just a little bit of sweetness.

Fresh lemon or lime juice, flavored water like crystal light, sparkling water, small amounts of fruit juice, coffee, green tea, iced tea, non-dairy milk substitutes (soy milk, almond milk etc), Coconut water, Gatorade, buttermilk, kefir, acai berry juice, kombucha, and if you are really hard core you might try something like non-alcoholic beer.

I make my protein drinks with a combo of fruit and veg and yogurt blended with some water or green tea.

    Water, greek yogurt/yogurt, oatmeal
This is my post workout meal: 3/4 cup water, 1/2 cup greek yogurt or cottage cheese, 1 cup old-fashioned oatmeal, 1/2 scoop of unflavored protein powder, Saigon cinnamon and 1 teaspoon Maple extract. So delicious.

unsweetened coconut milk... cocoa powder.... canned pumpkin... ice. yummy shake. My go-to lately uses chocolate protein powder, and it is - 3/8 cup canned pumpkin, 1.25 scoops chocolate protein powder, 1 tbsp cocoa powder, 1/3 cup unsweetened coconut milk, 1/5 cup silk light chocolate, ice, glucomannan capsule opened up. super thick, like a triple thick milkshake from mcdonalds. but so good for you!!

I use Almond Breeze, original unsweetened. Sometimes half water and half Almond Breeze.

Rice milk (goes down better for me in the mornings than dairy) with a few strawberries or other berries blended together. Is yummy!

I slice bananas and keep them in freezer (1 baggie per banana) then microwave for 10 secs and blend protein pwd with vanilla yogurt, a tsp of reduced fat Jif peanut butter. I use as a meal replacement. SO good!!!!!!! Peanut butter banana smoothie. It's thick enough to eat like frozen yogurt from a bowl.
