healthy choices!

there is so many people who are just starting their weight loss journey that need pointers!
so how about we post our favorite, snacks, meals, what to eat more of and what to stay away from! also if you can put where you can fine it, the store or area of the store! if you have any good substitutions for recipes to make them healthier please share! maybe you have a question about certain foods you want an answer to? anything you can think of to help those who are looking for it!
if you are going to 'bump' this post I ask that you put atleast something healthy to eat. :-) let's help make the world lighter!

    I don't really know if my snacks are "healthy" as such, but I consider them to be a "better option"

    I really like (UK) Morrisons "NU ME" range, which I've noticed is rapidly spreading through different types of food in store. I especially like their crisps type snacks and their pro-biotic yoghurts. All are great quality items at really good prices, especially in comparison to the leading brands.
