lightly salted rice cakes with almond butter
    hummus and veggies
    raw almonds
    protein shakes
  • Rice cakes with a tsp of peanut butter
  • I mix a bowl of oatmeal with some cocoa - it's awesome. Packed with minerals and tastes great. I also add a little sugar as I am not a carbophobe. Maybe even sprinkle some flax seed on it for extra goodness - it is also very filling.

Raw unsalted nuts/seeds, avocado, eggs, cheese, salsa, coconut, vegetables, homemade jerky, very dark chocolate, leftover meat. Anything that is a meal, can also be sized down for a snack.
  • Cocoa Almonds
    Nature Valley protein bars
    Green apples
    String cheese
Jif Natural Peanut butter and pretzels is my absolute favorite tho... Probably not as healthy :(

1 oz full fat cheese, cucumbers, fruit, 6 almonds, sunflower seeds, greek yogurt. <- I am hungry today, definitely should have had greek yogurt instead of the regular, that will show me for being cheap at the grocery store.

I love cottage cheese with tomatoes and pepper! I forgot about that. Thanks for reminding me.
