My Christmas Journey

I am SO motivated to do this you guys!!!! Christmas is coming so I decided, "Why not give myself a personal Christmas gift and dedicate my life to become healthier?" So I am. Right now I have a common cold and the boyfriend is bringing over the tea and soup so I am researching for some whey protein and writing down healthy foods to add on my list.

In 25 days (omg 25 days!) I want to lose at MAX 10 pounds. My goal is to FEEL good, because happiness is contagious and I want my loved ones to feel happy and start the healthy lifestyle as well.I mean, my ULTIMATE goal is to weigh between 160-140 but not right now.

My Food Diary is welcome to ALL :)
I take an iron multivitamin & believe in whey protein--that's just me. My bridge is just beginning and I would LOVE for all of you to please join me. 25 days to go! Whoa, just felt butterfies in my tummy...

    I would love to take off 5-10 before Christmas as well. All I have to say is one day at a time and put an honest effort and we should see results. Best of Luck!

    Thanks you guys that really helped :bigsmile: Okay, so I realized when I went to work today around 5 am that it is not quite yet December 1st. Still not so bad. I am so tired! BUT a good tired woo hoo!!!!!!! I ate so so--I currently have a cold and didn't do my best I know, if you feel the need to yell at me please do! I need that and appreciate all help. So I worked out to the jillian michael's 30 day shred day 1, and did a bit of yoga and failed miserably lol. I stopped eating before 7:15 and so far so good!

    So what are you guys doing for December? I'd love to hear what you're all up to. Till tomorrow! :flowerforyou:

    So day three is not so bad. There are times when I feel like Im starving :( but hey I appreciate flavor now lol instead of scarfing food down. I've been working out at home doing my 30 minutes of excerise per day but tomorrow I really need to step it up. I'm going to the gym! Surprisingly, my bodys not so sore just yet....till tomorrow!
